One of our Six Core Values at Wayfarer is "uniqueness." We believe that God has made every person specially, and that he additionally endows each believer with spiritual gifts for the building up of the Body and the church's success in mission. In order to help you connect and use your gifts most effectively, we offer an online assessment to our members and regular attenders.
Taking the assessments takes around 30-45 minutes, and you will end with in-depth reports about your top spiritual gifts, your personality strengths, and your leadership style. You will also have an opportunity to record your unique mix of special skills and interests.
This information will help you grow and develop your ability to serve effectively and passionately at Wayfarer, and it will help your church leaders to contact you and inform your about opportunities to use your gifts in harmony with the changing needs and challenges of the congregation.
If you are ready to take the assessment, you will need the following:
1) A REGISTRATION KEY. In order to protect the church from unauthorized use and unexpected charges, we need to ask that you send us a brief email requesting a registration key for use of the assessment site. You should receive a reply within 1-2 business days that includes your key. If you have already been given a key by a ministry leader or member of our staff, feel free to proceed to step 2 right now!
2) A USER ACCOUNT. After you have a key, click on the Register link below and follow the prompts.
3) TIME TO TAKE THE ASSESSMENTS. These assessments should take around 30-45 minutes at the computer, so make sure you have quality time and quiet to really think about your responses. There are four different parts of the assessments, and they do not need to be taken all at once. You can chip away at them in four parts if you are short on time!

Our office staff is working on a new photo directory for all of our families. By clicking below, you will be redirected to a form that will allow you to submit basic information to our church office for our records. This information will allow us to better serve you and your family by ensuring that we have correct contact information and accurate records of important milestones in your faith journey. Except for the basic contact information used in the picture directory (distributed only to members and regular attenders also on the directory), your information will be secure and accessed only by pastoral staff and team leaders for the sake of church ministry.
