Wayfarer is a Bible-based, evangelical, outreach-driven community of faith with a mission to reach the Caledonia Township area for Jesus Christ.  We exist "to share the adventure of becoming like Jesus with thousands of our friends, neighbors, and family." 

Let us explain briefly what that means...  

To Share... Jesus has transformed each one of us personally, and we are committed to a lifelong process of vulnerability and an undying willingness to share that journey with others.  If you are looking for a network of support, mentoring, and encouragement as you grow closer to God, we have already prepared a place for you and have committed to share our lives with you!

 

The Adventure... We believe that a human being's ultimate purpose is deep and dynamic interaction with God through his Son, Jesus Christ, who died on the cross for our sake. There is nothing more adventurous, challenging, and satisfying than becoming more like him and walking in relationship with him each day!

With Thousands... We are called by the Lord to bear much good fruit for him; this means we have a vision to see thousands of people meaningfully connected with Jesus in the context of a congregation that loves them.  We are committed to reaching people within our sphere of influence, as well as to planting new congregations, supporting missions at home and abroad, and partnering with other congregations and organizations that do the same.  We won't quit until thousands have been enfolded into Christ's family through our efforts!
